Most days, you’ll find me in my sunny bedroom-turned-home office, where my desk is neatly organized with sticky notes and a cup of black coffee. There, I collaborate with my amazing clients who want to look forward to Monday mornings doing the work they love!
My career runs deep in both industry and academia and I’ve held roles such as: Operations Director, Corporate Trainer, Recruiter, Content Builder, Culture Creator, and Counselor. I’ve worked for Fortune 500 companies, small family-owned startups, non-profits, universities, and everything in between.
But when you get right down to it, I'm much more - I'm a thought partner, unmatched relationship builder, and an overachieving Professional Brand Cultivator. What this means is I am a true utility player who is passionate about helping you crush your career goals.
Throughout the years I have read thousands of resumes and hired hundreds of candidates. As a result, I’ve learned what works. I know how to highlight transferable skills, produce targeted professional brand statements, highlight achievements, and get you the interview.

I am an artist, photographer and avid reader. I believe in firm handshakes, doing what you say you're going to do, a strong work ethic, grand pianos, dry humor, and Easy-Bake Ovens. I am also a Pictionary champion, somersault record holder, Nose Flute enthusiast, and I create resumes and cover letters that make employers say, “damn.”
